Being unfit doesn’t just slow your legs, it costs you minutes and has you riding the bench. Being fit is your competitive edge. Start the 8-Week 90-Minute Shape Blueprint for a no-guesswork plan to show up game-ready, earn every minute, and separate yourself from the pack.

Before college, I was nervous about showing up not fit. My fear of not being good enough lit a fire under me to arrive prepared. I built the 90-Minute Shape Blueprint from that same urgency: simple, no-guesswork training I could actually stick to. Once the preseason started, I quickly learned that fitness was a competitive edge for me and a lot of my teammates. It separated who could hang for 30 from who could own all 90.
Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll follow that same system my pre-college fear into the 90-Minute Shape Blueprint—why arriving fit wins minutes, how to build a mental edge, lock in discipline and lifestyle habits, follow a simple week-by-week training plan with proven exercises, and stay accountable through mentorship so you hit the season motivated and game-ready.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress you can feel: one rep, one sprint, one session at a time.
I’m excited to grind with you and celebrate the wins along the way.
Let’s go crush that fitness test—and earn your minutes.
— Julia

All I ever knew as a child was soccer. My earliest memories are of watching my older sister play, chasing the ball from the sidelines, and wanting so badly to be part of it. By the time I was four, I was finally on the field myself, with my dad as my very first coach. It wasn’t always easy having him in that role. He pushed me hard and expected my best every time I went out on the field. But those early days taught me discipline, resilience, and how to hold myself to a higher standard.

He pushed me hard and expected my best every time I went out on the field. But those early days taught me discipline, resilience, and how to hold myself to a higher standard.
Soccer quickly became more than just a game; it became a big part of my world. Through club soccer, I learned that leadership wasn’t about being the loudest voice but about consistency, encouragement, and leading by example. Earning the captain’s armband on every team I played for wasn’t just a title; it was a reflection of the trust my teammates placed in me, and I never took that for granted.
At Sonoma State, my journey took another leap. Being part of the teams that won back-to-back CCAA Championships in 2021 and 2022 was unforgettable. And when I had the privilege of serving as a two-year captain in 2023 and 2024, I grew not only as a player but as a person, learning how to guide a team through challenges and setbacks.
In 2024, I was humbled to receive the CalHOPE Courage Award, a reminder that the lessons from soccer, courage, perseverance, and teamwork extend far beyond the pitch.
Then came 2025, a dream-come-true year. In January, I signed with Trastevere in Rome, Italy, at first on a semi-professional contract. By June, we had lifted the trophy, won the league, and earned promotion to Serie B, placing us among the top 26 women’s teams in Italy. That moment marked the beginning of my career as a full professional soccer player.
From the sidelines, watching my sister, to my dad’s practices, to lifting a trophy in Italy, soccer has always been my story. It shaped who I am, taught me to lead, and showed me what it means to play with heart. And through every step, I’ve carried the same lesson I learned when I was just a little girl: work hard, stay prepared, stay in shape, and play every minute like it matters.
You’ll learn how to build game-ready stamina, speed, and strength using Julia’s proven 8-week system. Every week is structured so you know exactly what to train, how to recover, and how to measure your progress—so you can play every minute at your best.
This isn’t a random workout plan. It’s a soccer-specific blueprint designed by a professional player who has competed in the NCAA and Italy’s Serie B. It’s tailored for high school and college athletes who want to elevate their conditioning to the next level, balancing lifts, runs, mobility, and recovery in a way that translates directly to match fitness.
Julia’s mission is to make professional-level training accessible to young players who dream big but may not have access to elite coaching. By offering this program at a lower price, more athletes can gain the tools and structure needed to compete at the next level.
Many athletes notice improvements in as little as 2–3 weeks, especially in stamina and recovery between sprints. With consistency, you’ll see measurable gains, whether in your fitness test scores, endurance during games, or overall confidence on the pitch.
Yes, this plan is designed to add structure and progression to your training. Even if you’ve been running or lifting, the course integrates everything into a soccer-specific routine so your work translates to real match performance.
You’ll get:
8-week progression plan (lifts, runs, recovery)
Weekly planner & training log
Fitness test pacing charts (Beep, Yo-Yo, Cooper)
Pre-test audio reset (to lock focus and calm nerves)
Self-audit checklists to track growth week to week
Free workouts aren’t customized for soccer or progression. This course is a proven system, the same approach Julia used to climb from college captain to full professional. You’re not guessing, you’re following a step-by-step blueprint with every resource you need to succeed.
While we can’t refund digital products, we’re confident you’ll see results if you show up with consistency. Every bonus—self-audit, planner, tracker, audio reset, test kit, and badges—was created to keep you engaged and motivated. This isn’t just a workout plan—it’s a complete support system to help you play every minute at your best.
